What You Need to Know about Having a Photographer Come to Your Office

1. We’ll Plan Ahead

Planning ahead is key to making it a smooth and enjoyable day for everyone. We will have a couple phone calls and email exchanges prior to the scheduled session to make sure we are on the same page and that all the details are in line.

2. I’ll Arrive Early

I will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the shoot start time to set up and get organized. This allows me time to prepare to welcome your team into a comfortable and relaxed space. Many people get nervous in front of the camera, but I try to make sure everyone feels comfortable and at ease so they look natural and at their best.

3. I’ll Check in During the Session

I will check in with you during the session to make sure you like the way everything is going. I may ask for you to look at some of the photos we've captured so far and talk about what you like or don't like. This way, I can make adjustments as needed to make sure you are completely happy with the final results.
