My studio is located on the east end of Belmar Shopping Center.
GPS will most likely bring you to Valkyrie Gallery. My studio is 4 doors north of this gallery on the same block.
After you park, go to the second-to-last studio on the north end of the block (closer to the intersection of Alaska & Saulsbury)
PARKING
There is free street parking on Saulsbury Street or a free parking garage behind my studio (the sign says "Free Cinema Parking" but is available to anyone).
WHAT TO WEAR
Feel free to bring a few different outfit options and we can look through them before your session to choose which will be best. Stay away from anything with text or bold graphics as they tend to be distracting. Wear colors that compliment your hair and complexion. All types of necklines can look good in your headshot. Most importantly, wear clothes that you feel comfortable in. For personal branding sessions, you can bring up to 5 props to use in your shoot (laptop, industry specific books, brand color decor, etc.).
If you’re interested in extra help in choosing what to wear, I recommend my favorite Personal Stylist, Robyn, with GracefulImpression.com. She offers zoom sessions where she can help you “shop your closet” to choose which outfits will help you look your best for your session. Email or call Robyn through her website.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Headshot Session: I shoot directly to my laptop so we are able to view your shots immediately. This is convenient in many ways:
We get to decide immediately if we like the shot or if we need to change something and continue shooting.
You’ll leave your session having chosen your best headshot.
Personal Branding Session: I focus more on getting a collection of images for you to choose from so we use our time wisely by not reviewing the photos on my laptop.
DIGITAL PHOTO DELIVERY
I’ll prepare the chosen digital photo(s) for you and attach the full resolution retouched version to an email.
Headshot Session: You’ll have the retouched photo(s) within 2 business days to use as you would like.
Personal Branding & Refresh Sessions: you’ll receive a link to download your photos within a week after our shoot.
RUSH FEE
Need your retouched digital photo from your headshot session sooner than 2 business days? Rush Delivery within 24 hours after your session for an additional $50 or by end-of-day for an additional $100.
ADDITIONAL DIGITAL PHOTOS
Your Corporate Headshot Package includes (1) retouched digital photo. Additional digital photos from your session can be purchased for $150 each.
